Time has come around again for our Annual Fight Gone Bad fundraiser. If you are not familiar with this event we have a workout along with a silent auction. This year we will be supporting KALD (Kids Animals Life & Dreams). This organization supports local youth in foster care allowing them to work with animals, volunteer at the farm, and work in the vegetable garden. They also have the option to volunteer in the community through our Dreams in Motion program that allows them to learn work skills while involved in real work environments, along with other skills and activites that will help increase their knowledge and life skills.
There will be a silent auction at this event to help support KALD and if you would like to donate items for the auction please contact Frank or Mona Hand here on FaceBook or through the KALD website at kaldoftucson.org/.

The workout is:
3 Rounds a minute at each station with a minute rest to acquire as many reps as possible of:
