This 3-Part Series will introduce you to movement and stillness like never before.
Class 1: DANCE! Move your body in ways that nourish the body and soul.
Class 2: YOGA! Twist and bend gently while paying attention to the breath.
Class 3: MEDITATE! Tap into moments of stillness that will recharge your battery.

Tuesdays, July 11th, 18th, & 25th
6:30 — 7:30 PM
4625 E Broadway Blvd. (Broadway/Swan, next to Kontiki, upstairs studio)
$35 for all 3 classes or $15 drop-in.
No experience necessary. Beginners are welcome. Space is limited to 6 participants, so please RSVP to this event. Bring a yoga mat, if you have one for the 2nd and 3rd class. We have a few to lend. Questions? Email Kristy at [email protected]
