🎂 Did you know the Desert Museum turned 65 this year? Our newest art exhibit, Puma: Past & Present, will showcase the museum’s most iconic animal and mascot — the mountain lion. 64 spectacular juried artworks in a variety of media created by many ages from around the country and Canada celebrate the American Mountain Lion and its natural habitat. This exhibit will be on display through December 25.

Bring your photos, stories and drawings to contribute to this memory project or make one on site in the gallery.
Please bring copies/reproductions or items you don’t mind leaving. Your memories will become part of the Museum’s permanent collection. Please do not bring anything larger than 8x10”.

Can’t do this in person? You may email a photo to the Art Institute team to print and include on your behalf! Please email your memories to [email protected] or call 520-883-3024 for more information.
