This yoga class is designed to soothe your nervous system in a safe and supportive environment, utilizing dim lighting, props and chill music to promote a more relaxing experience. Practitioners of all shapes, sizes, gender identities, all levels and ability to pay are welcome.
It wasn't until late 2011 that Ashley felt a strong pull toward the practice, during a time of life-changing transition and uncertainty. Without expecting it to, the practice has taught Ashley how to ease the discomforts of her mind, to listen to her wise body, and to take good care of herself. Some days, her practice is intense; others, gentle. Ashley strives to create balance in both her practice and in her life. Ashley's aim is to create a supportive and safe environment where you can freely explore yourself, take what you need, and leave the rest.
