Life Balance Thru Meditation.
This first offering through the Session Yoga Meditation Program provides practitioners of all levels an opportunity to leave how to create life balance through the simple exploration of the world around us.
In this 12-hour program, Shaelyn and Dove will guide participants through meditations and studies of fostering balance through understanding the elements of Earth, Fire, Air, Water and Ethers. Explore meditation methods and theory from India, China and the Americas.
This special all-levels Series of six (6) 2-hour classes for 14 days will support participants in initiating and cultivating a consistent meditation practice with boundless possibilities!
All classes will use body, mind and soul to connect through lecture, discussion, meditation practice and experiential exercises.
This course is sold as a series and 12 Credit Hours will count toward the Session School of Yoga 100-hour Meditation Facilitator Certification. No individual classes or makeups are available through this course.

•Wednesday, May 2 from 6 PM to 8 PM
•Friday, May 4 from 6 PM to 8 PM
•Sunday, May 6 from 11 AM to 1 PM
•Wednesday, May 9 from 6 PM to 8 PM
•Friday, May 11 from 6 PM to 8 PM
Practitioners will need to bring meditation cushion and a Jounral
