Meditation is a transformative tool that lasts a lifetime. It can only get more refined and harnesses the power of your spirit.
This particular meditation consists of breathing deeply, a guided visualization made up of several sessions with breaks in between each one. During the break we will share and discuss briefly and continue with the next visualization. The brief exercises are designed to build one on top of the other resulting in a compounded benefits such as clarity, certainty, relaxation and deeper understanding of oneself.
No previous experience is required. It is an exploration of our inner world which is an adventure onto itself. Join me in this fun journey!
